GIS layers of potential sTES locations (Draft - EU approval pending)

This dataset tracks the development of INTERSTORES Deliverable 6.11, "Potential location database". This deliverable is a sensitive document, but the dataset used for the development will be public information.

In this dataset, you can find QGIS layers for:

  • District Heating Polygons
  • Industrial Excess Heat within 10km of DH Network
  • Prime Locations
  • Quantified Industrial Excess Heat Sites
  • Swiss DH and Waste-to-Energy Plants
  • Tank Storages
  • UK Brownfield Sites within DH Networks

More information regarding each QGIS layer can be found in the Excel file QGIS layer details. The raster datasets for capital distribution costs per hectare and heat demand can be accessed and downloaded from the sEEnergies Open Data website (sEEnergies Open Data').

!! Deliverable 6.11 is under review, which will lead to changes in the source document and, correspondingly, this dataset.
