On 11–12 September 2025, the INTERSTORES consortium came together at Hochschule Luzern (HLU), Switzerland, for our General Assembly.
This in-person meeting was more than just a formal checkpoint — it was a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and shared progress. The atmosphere was vibrant, the energy was high, and partners left with renewed motivation to push forward on our mission: advancing seasonal Thermal Energy Storage (sTES) for Europe’s energy transition.

Stronger as a team
The General Assembly in Lucerne was not only about technical updates – it was about meeting face-to-face, exchanging ideas, and strengthening the bonds within our consortium. The discussions were lively, the workshops productive, and the outcomes clear: INTERSTORES is on track and moving forward with ambition.
